2. Look at the geometric size and deformed. Some parts are prone to deformation due to improper manufacturing, transportation, and storage. 4. See if there is rust on the surface of the part. The surface of the qualified parts has both a certain accuracy and brightness. The more important the parts, the higher the accuracy, the stricter rust and anti -corrosion. When buying, you should pay attention to checking. If the parts are found to have rust spots, mildew spots or rubber cracked, losing elasticity, or obvious car knife pattern on the surface of the neck, it should be changed.
5. See if the protective surface layer is intact. Most parts are coated with protective layers when they leave the factory. Such as piston sales, bearing tiles are protected by paraffin; piston rings, cylinder set surface coating rust oil and wrapped in packaging paper; valve, piston and other rust -proof oil are packed with plastic bags. If you find that the sealing sleeve is damaged, the packaging paper is lost, the rust oil or paraffin is lost, it should be returned.
6. Watch the adhesive parts to be loose. The parts combined by two or more parts are composed of parts, and the parts are loosened by pressure, glue or welding. 7. See if the rotating part is flexible. When buying a rotor component assembly such as oil pumps, rotating the pump shaft by hand should be flexible and stagnant.
